Life Experience:

Growing up on a farm in Central Nebraska, Kylen experienced;

• A tractor accident at age 11 that resulted in 18 broken bones
• 28 broken bones by age 21, battled cancer at 24, and heart surgery at 28
• Learning leadership from his Grandfather, a highly successful farmer in the '80s
• Living entirely on his own his Senior year of high school - and still graduating!!
• Making $40,000 his Senior year of high school
• A jail cell experience that spiritually and forever changed his views on the value of life
• Multiple business failures and successes
• Recruited and developed a network of over 300 entrepreneurs who've positively impacted the water quality and quantity of our great nation

Kylen is a firm believer in the power of great questions. He uses this power to regularly engage with the Audience to challenge the belief systems currently preventing them from reaching their potential. For many years, Kylen lived believing he wasn't qualified to speak, coach, or train people to be successful. After all, he'd had several failures himself! But one day he heard his friend, John C. That simple phrase completely altered how he took ownership of his failures and, simultaneously learned the immense value of personal leadership.

Through that experience, Kylen learned that motivation dies in days, and inspiration is easily suppressed. But transformation changes lives! Therefore, after all these years of winning and learning, Kylen strives daily to be transformed in some fashion!

As a result, when he speaks to your Audience, he intends to help them see BEYOND potential and equip them to make the changes necessary to turn that potential into reality! Qualifications

Kylen and his team are mentored by the #1 Leadership expert in the world, John Maxwell and the John Maxwell Team. Kylen is an Executive Director with John and has access to the highest content created directly by John Maxwell.

In the last 15 years, Kylen has also worked with agriculture entrepreneurs in 42 of the 48 states. The entire focus was on optimizing the utilization of water for crop production. As a result of this career move, Kylen learned how emotional water management is in agriculture. That led him to focus entirely on leadership and communication. As a result, the leadership concepts of Influence, Impact, and Income came into reality.

As crucial as certifications are, evaluated experience will always remain human beings' most valuable asset.

• How would you like Kylen to engage with your Audience at the event? Kylen will arrive at your event early and stay late if needed. (Additional fees may apply if this requires additional days) Connecting with the attendees before the event will help increase engagement during the speaking event. You can rest assured that Kylen wants to be a repeat speaker at your event. Therefore he will represent your business and events at the highest possible level.
• Would you like your leadership team or top talent to invest more time with Kylen? How about scheduling time at the event for them to invest additional one-on-one time?
