He has almost 2 decades of leadership, coaching, and professional experience. He has provided the necessary foundation toward success for large companies, sports organizations, and public safety agencies. He is currently the Head Football Coach at a top high school in Southern California, the national movement specialist for a tactical performance company, and consults for a major sports entity in the United States.
Mike has been on the alumni board of directors for a Christian-Lutheran University in Southern California, board member for a health and occupational sports medicine program, founding member of an elite inner circle coaching group, and curriculum creator for a youth non-profit organization. He has also been a 2x National Coach of the Year Finalist for a respected performance association in the United States.
Mike’s formal education includes 2 master’s degrees, a bachelor's degree, and an associate degree from 3 of the top schools in California and the United States in his field of study. He is also Mental Performance Mastery Certified by the top mental performance coach in the world and a certified team member within the John Maxwell system.
