Benita Williams, is an award-winning author, poet, and businesswoman. Benita is a proven industry leader with over 20 years in professional nonprofit sector, & visionary behind Restination; a powerful, accelerating transformation program for women who struggle with identifying their authentic purpose. Benita will serve as a guide to help you reveal your distinct purpose, while harnessing the superwoman powers you've always had, so you can live the life you've always desired.

Benita mentors others based on the work/life balance skills she has had to master in her own life. During a spiritual business retreat , Benita was led to put the brakes on everything that she was pursuing and just rest. Sounds simple enough, but for her it was the hardest thing to do. Benita wore many hats; working as a director in the nonprofit sector, managing her writing career, and being a caregiver for her wonderful husband who has a disability. There was simply no time for rest for the superwoman; or so she thought.

Through the retreat Benita found there is a way to "labor to rest." She has carefully developed and modeled these strategies in her own life, and now she has a mandate to mentor other superwomen through her signature Restination program which includes a dynamic RestinationRetreat. Getting away from the perform-on-demand environment is essential to resting, relaxing, refocusing, renewing your mind, body, and spirit.

Benita's work/life balance consists of living in North Carolina with her wonderful husband and her adorable kitty named Pearl. Benita enjoys cooking, writing, traveling, crafting, serving her church and community affiliations, and meeting new people; namely super women who desire to level up to their greatness while helping others to do the same.
