The founder of GO BIG Coaching & Communications, executive coach & strategist Micha Goebig, is committed to driving the professional success of female leaders in automotive and tech.
Micha is a multi-certified coach, bilingual keynote speaker and published author. She serves on the Forbes Coaches Council, the Advisory Board of Wonder Women Tech, the Advisory Council of Harvard Business Review, and the speaker team of TEDxSeattle. She
collaborates frequently with Women Automotive Network to interview female leaders and emcee online and in-person events.
Initially, Micha founded her company as an agency specializing in corporate communications for the German luxury car and supplier industry. Her team continues to support some of Germany's leading individual mobility companies with global messaging, strategic
briefings, and speeches for senior executives.
Drawing on more than two decades of experience within this sector, Micha has run hundreds of workshops and corporate trainings, primarily on leadership topics tailored to women in male-dominated environments. She is known for her signature coaching program, in which participants build consistent confidence, greater visibility, and effective self-advocating habits.
Micha holds a master’s degree in communications from the University of Munich, taught at several colleges in the US and Germany, and published two novels. She has been a certified leadership coach since 2013. Today, she lives in Seattle, WA with her husband and dog.
